Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is used for general relaxation and easing tense and tight muscles. This is the basic form of massage that will be applied during your session.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue is used to target problematic muscles and when the client prefers a deeper massage. With this technique, I use my forearms and elbows within your comfort level. Deep Tissue massage is focused on releasing tight muscles and fasica and getting to the root cause of your pain.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points can form in muscles due to injury, overuse and fatigue and will often create pain patterns that lead to radiating pain, headaches and loss of range of motion. Locating and treating these trigger points can decrease and sometimes eliminate the pain completely.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage uses heated smooth basalt stones to soothe sore and tense muscles. I use the stones as a tool to provide deep tissue massage where pressure might not be tolerated well. The heat from the stones makes it easier to target deeper tissues. Hot Stone Massage is also extremely relaxing and can be used to enhance the relaxation of your massage.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy is a wonderful time in a Womans life but can also bring stress, pain and discomfort. Massage Therapy during pregnancy can be extremely helpful in decreasing pain and discomfort and also, bringing about a sense of calm relaxation for mom to be. I have a pregnancy pillow available so you can lie safely on your stomach, or if preferred the treatment can also be done with you lying on your side.
